SENIOR CARE | AGING AT HOME

Helping more people age in the place they call home.

SIDUS Holdings is building a senior-care operating company through the disciplined acquisition and development of established businesses serving the aging-at-home market.

Acquire. Build. Compound.

WHY SIDUS EXISTS

A future where aging does not automatically mean leaving home.

Our mission is simple: help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity in the place they call home.

America is entering a generational shift in aging. More people will need care, more families will seek alternatives to institutional settings, and the businesses serving them remain fragmented. SIDUS sees an opportunity to bring together strong local companies, experienced people, disciplined leadership, and modern operating capabilities to build something enduring.

01

Demand Is Growing

An aging population is increasing the need for dependable senior services and support.

02

Care Is Fragmented

Older adults and families often navigate disconnected providers, services, information, and decisions.

03

Human Capacity Is Scarce

Caregiving labor is constrained. Better operations, coordination, and technology can help scarce human capacity go further.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

An enduring operating company serving the future of aging at home.

SIDUS is not being built around a single acquisition.

Over time, disciplined ownership and selective acquisitions can bring together local trust, caregiver capacity, management talent, operating systems, geographic density, referral relationships, data, technology, and capital-allocation capability.

The objective is not growth simply for the sake of becoming larger. It is to build a stronger enterprise capable of serving more older adults and families while creating durable long-term value.

HOW WE BUILD

Acquire. Build. Compound.

01

Acquire

Acquire established senior-care businesses with sustainable cash flow, trusted local reputations, experienced caregivers and employees, capable management, and owners who care about what happens to their companies after they leave.

02

Build

Strengthen what already works. Invest intelligently in people, management, recruiting, retention, systems, financial discipline, compliance, sales, referral development, and operational execution.

03

Compound

Reinvest intelligently in people, systems, acquisitions, and capabilities that strengthen the enterprise over time.

Each acquisition must stand on its own economic merits.

SIDUS will not pursue growth simply to become larger, and financing will never turn a poor acquisition into a good one.

ACQUISITION APPROACH

Established senior-care businesses with sound economics and capable people.

SIDUS is interested in established businesses serving the aging-at-home market.

We look for sustainable cash flow, credible operating fundamentals, capable people, trusted local relationships, manageable risk, and businesses that can continue to succeed through an ownership transition.

ECONOMIC FIT

Is this a good acquisition on its own merits?

Sustainable earnings and cash flow, valuation, capital requirements, management depth, operating fundamentals, financing feasibility, risk, and downside protection all matter.

STRATEGIC FIT

Will owning this business make the future SIDUS enterprise stronger?

People, local reputation, caregiver capacity, management talent, geographic density, referral relationships, operational maturity, culture, and complementary capabilities all matter.

Both tests matter. Neither substitutes for the other.
Our ownership mindset is long-term, disciplined, and flexible. We intend to own businesses for as long as continued ownership represents the best use of capital and serves the long-term interests of the enterprise.

FOR BUSINESS OWNERS

You built something real. The next chapter should respect that.

Selling a business is more than a financial transaction. It affects employees, clients, families, referral relationships, and the reputation an owner spent years building.

SIDUS is interested in responsible transitions and strengthening good businesses rather than forcing them into a predetermined formula.

We intend to deal fairly, communicate directly, respect the people and relationships that made a business valuable, preserve strong local operating practices where they matter, and introduce greater discipline where it materially improves the business.

BUILDING THE INSTITUTION

Experienced judgment. Professional execution.

SIDUS is assembling a non-executive Board of Advisors composed of accomplished leaders who can provide experienced counsel on governance, strategy, acquisitions, capital allocation, risk, and other consequential decisions.

The Board will be augmented by experienced legal, accounting, financial, regulatory, and transaction professionals.

SIDUS recognizes that accomplished advisors and professional partners place more than their time alongside a company. They place their judgment, credibility, and reputation alongside it.

Protecting that trust through integrity, disciplined decision-making, rigorous diligence, and professional execution is a core operating principle of SIDUS Holdings.

LEADERSHIP

Dave Roessler

Founder & Principal

SIDUS is led by Dave Roessler, a U.S. Marine veteran with decades of leadership and operating experience across independent, corporate, and franchise businesses.

His role is to establish direction, assemble outstanding people, allocate resources, maintain standards, and build an organization capable of producing results without depending upon its founder for day-to-day operation.

OUR STANDARD

Build something worthy of trust.

We intend to build a company that sellers trust with what they have created, employees are proud to help build, families trust to care for those they love, and accomplished advisors and professional partners are proud to place their names alongside.

God first. Family second. Business third.
